Top 5: Wintery soups part 3

We’ve got Scuba’s goose

Following the success of Untold’s wintery soup, we Gobblers got to thinking which other obscure dance music artists we might tap up for recipes. Jeff Mills was keen at first, but soon changed his mind when he took a glance at the houmous in our larder - Jeff hates houmous, and anyone who eats it. So it was back to the drawing board, and after much scouring of forums and trawling of myspace we hit the jackpot.

Meet Scuba. Much like Untold before him, he makes the music of dance, but that doesn’t fill his guts anywhere near as nice as his delicious goose soup, using leftover roast goose, which he assures us can be eaten at times other than Christmas.
