How to: Pull pork

1
Give it six hours, Gobbler style

We Gobbler folk were first made aware of this fantastic dish in Prague of all places, where we ate it in a little bagel shop, full of Americans.

Since then, we have experimented with several different recipes - indeed it seems to be one of the most keenly debated on the entire interweb. Turns out our cross-pond mates take it all rather seriously, so anyone with constructive criticism, or adjustments should feel free to go stick ‘em (in the comments box below).

Why all the fuss about the greengrocers apostrophe, it’s not harming anyone. I’m more worried about Greggs, who have more metres of shop frontage than any other retailer in England. And they only sell pies (a metre is similar to a yard, if you’re still using old money).
