Gobbler reviewing books

You may not be fully aware of the great stuff going on in the Thrifty Gobbler Globules section - check it out.

Anyway, one of the main globules to be chewed upon over the coming year is the Thrifty Gobbler book review. Now, we don’t have anywhere near enough time to read every book on the shelf - we’re too busy pestering musicians for soup. But we will be trying our hardest to pick the best stuff and write it up, so you can spend wisely (if at all)...

Way back in 2009, we took a look at Fiona Beckett’s Ultimate Student Cookbook. It was good.

And now, we’ve had a flick through Tamasin Day-Lewis’ Supper For A Song. Check it out, why don’t you?
