Mary’s bloody lime

(makes 1)

Double shot of vodka
150g (6oz) Passata
Juice of a lime
Wedge of lime
Dashes of Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce to taste (roughly twice as much Worcestershire as Tobasco)
Salt and pepper

  1. Pour all the liquid into a shaker with lots of ice, and season
  2. Give it a shake
  3. Strain over a tall glass and add a wedge of lime
