Hot apple toddy

Apples

(Serves 1)

1 tsp Scotch whisky
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp honey
Apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves

  1. In this recipe, the cider assumes the roll of the boiling water in other toddies, so before you begin you’ll need to heat up enough of the stuff to fill your mug
  2. As it heats up, add the cloves
  3. Put your whisky, honey and sugar in a mug
  4. Top up with the hot cider
  5. Finish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of lemon
  6. -
